This one-on-one session is a supportive space to reflect on your trauma recovery journey, wherever you are, and help you take leaps forward in your growth.
There’s no race, and no “wrong place” to be — this session meets you where you are now. Yet, there are proven ways to journey forward to help you leave your trauma in the past. And you don’t have to find them on your own.
Together, we’ll explore your strengths, acknowledge challenges, and create strategies for continued healing and growth on your journey.
In this one off session, we will make use of individualised guided somatic and reflective practices to help you connect with your body, insights, and inner strength.
