At Safe Haven Counselling, I bring together a wealth of therapeutic experience with the best of neuroscience to move beyond traditional talking therapies.

I’m clinically trained in a range of evidence-based and emerging therapies, including: Havening Techniques®, EMDR and mindfulness. I find it useful to be skilled across modalities in this way, as I can tailor my approach to each individual’s needs and achieve faster and more deeply transformative results.

My clients leave sessions having focused on their current experiences, responded to wounds from the past and feeling equipped with tools to use in the future.
