This one-on-one session is a supportive space to reflect on your trauma recovery journey, wherever you are, and help you take leaps forward in your growth.
There’s no race, and no “wrong place” to be — this session meets you where you are now. Yet, there are proven ways to journey forward to help you leave your trauma in the past. And you don’t have to find them on your own.
Together, we’ll explore your strengths, acknowledge challenges, and create strategies for continued healing and growth on your journey.
In our time together, we will make use of individualised guided somatic and reflective practices to help you connect with your body, insights, and inner strength. While this is intended as a standalone session, we can also opportunities for further support or work together.
This 4.5-hour small, group workshop offers a deeper exploration of finding and journeying along our path of recovery and post-traumatic growth.
In this safe, supportive space, we will explore:
Safety: building personal and relational safety as a foundation for growth
Grit & Strength: developing persistence, courage, and staying in your healing process
Connection: experiencing the power of fostering internal connection and being witnessed, seen, and known
Self-Compassion & Boundaries: learning to care for yourself while engaging fully safely with life
